Description
The olives are harvested during the harvest season, they have a light taste with notes of almond and finely spicy. Try it on a slice of toasted bread (here called Bruschetta) or on plain pasta; you can have the same delicious result by putting it on your salads or quality meat (Fiorentina is the best). This oil is also perfect in combination with white meat or fish, and the delicious carpaccio. This blonde nectar is in fact the perfect condiment for any type of food.
